Every blog and web site is required by law to have a earnings disclaimer statement. It's really just to point out what most rationally thinking people already understand. It's basic common sense stuff. The bottom line is that no one can promise or guarantee you income. This does NOT mean you can't make really serious money because you can.

I am highly confident that you are already smart enough to know that no one under any circumstances can promise or guarantee that you will make money with any opportunity. How can they when they don't know your work ethic, how dedicated, motivated, or serious you are? They can't.

Here's a question I'm often asked. It's from my FAQ page...

Why do you feel the "average" person simply can not figure out how to have real success in any home based business opportunity?

Well this is certainly a very common question. And my answer is gonna be on point and just may ruffle a few feathers to say the very least. But is is what it is. The good news is simply that it doesn't have to be what it is for you!

It's true, 95% of the "average" people who join a business opportunity never make any money with it. Why? Well, first we have to define what "average" means. And then afterwards you can decide whether or not you want to be "average" andf follow the rest of the sheep blindly or blaze your own path of success to where people will want to follow you.

Here's some very interesting facts:

USA Today: The average home has more TVs than people.
USA Today: The average TV is on 8 hours and 14 minutes per day.
ABC News: 14% of Americans are functionally illiterate.
National Institute of Health: 1 in 4 people have a "mood disorder", are depressed, and / or are medicated.

And here's some more interesting facts from Salary.com / CNN / Inc.com...

73% of the 10,000 people polled admitted to goofing off while at work.
48% of these same people said they were surfing the net while at work.
44.7% said they socialized or gossiped with coworkers while at work.
30% took care of personal business while at work.
20% made non-work related telephone calls while at work.
38% of the people hunted for another job while on the clock at their regular job.
70% said they hated their job.

So now you have a general idea of what the "average" person is all about. Now let's take a look at what happens when the "average" person joins a home based business opportunity or buys any type of make money package, course, DVD or book etc.

In most cases, less than 10% of the people who purchase a making money course of any kind ever read past the first chapter. And even fewer of those ever attempt to implement anything! It's sad. It's also very true.

I've had people call me up and say... "Britt there is so much information here. There's just too much for me to go through". These are the very same people who will go off and buy another course or join another program hoping to find an easier faster method of making money.

The "average" person lives in a perpetual state of anger, depression and misery. They stubbornly refuse to do ANYTHING to improve the quality of their lives, they do nothing to increase their income, and this is true even faced with financial devastation such as the loss of a job, car, home etc. These same people would rather complain, gossip and blame others rather than be accountable for their own failure and implement simple ACTION which could bring life changing benefits.

It starts with having the right attitude. The "average" person has a really bad attitude for all the reasons mentioned above and several I didn't. Their attitude is pure poison and this poison is very easily spread to those around them. And when you've got more than one person who suffers from these things enabling one another, it can be tough to shake. It's a deadly recipe for disaster. However, if you truly expect to become successful and to change your life, you have got to find a way to get away from these kinds of obstacles because they are like quicksand. They will eat away at you and continue to suck you down and hold you there forever. It is a vicious cycle that has consumed the lives of so many and has prevented a lot of people who could have really made something of themselves and lived a much different life.

So to ensure there is no confusion by anyone who may land on one of our blogs or web sites, by law we are required to use what may appear at first to be a sledge hammer to drive the common sense point home.

I don't know of any legitimate business opportunity that doesn't require some effort in order to enjoy some reward!

Well there you have it! Did you learn anything you didn't already know? I told you it was all pretty much common sense stuff. But as I said I had to include it. I'm actually glad it's there for protection from those who might try and claim they don't have any common sense! I suppose that somewhere out there in this huge internet world there are people who actually think they can quit their job on their way to play the lottery or that the sweepstakes people are going to knock on their door and hand them a check for a million bucks! The reality is that in this life you have to put in effort in order to have real success. I do it every day. So do many others. The good news is that I can show you how to make your effort pay off.

So now it's up to you. You have a couple choices. Some do not like hearing or reading the truth. I suppose they associate pain or discomfort with it. Others embrace the truth and realize that it is what it is and that they can make money or they can make excuses about why they don't have as much of it as they want.

Personally I've joined a lot of programs over the years. Not all of them were good. I've lost a lot of money figuring out which ones didn't work. I also discovered much more along the way. I discovered that while I lost money on many of the things I tried, I gained valuable experience and insight in to what actually works and what I needed to do in order to have real success. I also discovered a lot about myself which is really priceless.

I don't have any idea where you are in life. I do know that life is meant to be a journey and not a destination. It's up to you to make your life special and full of joy.
